Rough Runner was on in the park so we went to see a few of the people trying to deal with the obstacles. Fun. I remember this from last year where I saw an old colleague take a tumble into the cold water.

I said farewell to my sister as she headed back to Manchester.

Later in the evening, I caught up with the end of the Extinction Rebellion march as it approached Manor House and ended inside Finsbury Park.
I always meet the loveliest, gentlest people at XR events.
