The Way Back

This was my view all day today. Out the window of a fifteen passenger van, in the way back where I can sit by myself. The downfall of the way back is that it's the bumpiest ride. The further up you are the smoother it is. I don't trade it though, just because I like the peace. This is a quilt my sister gave me for Christmas a couple of years ago. I love the colors of the stripes. I love the way it folds in on itself. I love the way it reminds me of home...and reminds me of her.
