2019 Saturday — Rare Property

Dozens of times in the past 7 years we have driven past this piece of property. I have always thought it included the ranch with the Victorian house, the big barn, and numerous smaller buildings. So when I logged on to the web-address posted on the sign, I realize it is actually a separate entity from the old Fairchild Ranch. This property has 1 mile of ocean frontage. The very short video on the webpage is worth viewing.
