Day 9

Day 9....Laspaúles....Good weather again today. Very hot in mountains 30 degrees. Started the day at last nights campsite with a swim in the cold pool but it wasn’t too bad. Woke me up!! We travelled along the scenic route in the Pyrenees to Laspaúles where we are staying one or two nights before going to Andorra. We had another swim this evening and it was a chilly one but soon felt ok! I had the night off tonight and we went to the campsite restaurant for a meal. €15 for 3 courses and a drink. It was brilliant. That is about £13 each. We are planning on having a lazy day tomorrow and there may be some rain. There were some very challenging roads through the mountains today. Luckily Bertie is a small campervan. We were told that lots of accidents happen in this area in the week but weekends are better.....phew!
