Today in the Christian Church calendar, we remember and celebrate the Triumph of the Cross. Some books call this The Feast Day of The Exaltation of Christ's Cross. It is not easy to say how spiritually significant such a powerful celebration of salvation through Christ' cross is.
It attempts to remind us Jesus Christ died in indescribable agony on many levels, to secure the eternal life we can not ever secure for ourselves. Yes there are some who can not for complicated reasons or just stubborn pride, accept the beauty of this clear Truth.
Christ knows all of us forensically and still died for us knowing our spiritual state.
I pray many will get saved and journey within to the Heaven Kingdom instead of the downward spiral to eternal death and horror.
I try to keep focused on how much love our Father has for generations of us, and provided salvation through His Son.
My husband is 64 today.
We hope to visit somewhere peaceful.
