Traffic free commute

As I ran to the pool this morning I captured this cyclist on his way to work.

The promenade is a great fresh air conduit bypassing the busy high street.

Two appointments in town in the morning. One medical and the other business. Both went well. An afternoon of preparations for some busy days ahead.
