Flamborough & Bridlington

At least once each year I go "home" to the town where I was born and the village where I spent my early years.

My family history is etched into the fabric of this place from simple things such as my memories of my grandfather taking me to see the launch of the lifeboat from North Landing to my family name being included on the statue of the Gansey Girl on the harbour which honours Bridlington's fishing families.

I am sure that anyone who has visited East Yorkshire before will know these places.
