Dereliction of a sort

Meeting with lots charities and we need more space as standing room only this wonderful "hut" building we use to call them at school.
I thought we could approach local authority and use this as another office?? Loads space, carpeted was an office once! May need Gardner before we can see it's full potential. Ramped access a plus
