I did 6k run round here and saw guys climbing in to check lake out and felt like saying thanks over here! The run was ok it was a run keeping my 3x a week runs as much as I can especially as nights drawing in do not want any more broken ribs for Mr FI on our early runs.
Need to chase the sunshine we really didn't know whether to go on our weeks holiday with all that is going on, we have decided to go! It's in 10 days time.. and our daughter flying out to spend 3 days with us. So I will get 4 with Mr. A whole week away l, shame our son will be at home working.
Were off to Spain countdown. Pilates really helping after 2, switches mind off for one hour
