8 mile morning

I am determined to increase my stamina so we headed onto the moor the long way up, then did a kind of w shape with loops to increase the distance. My arthritic foot really hurt though and I’m hobbling now after a rest.

Off to make some sag aloo with our own potatoes and spinach. It can go with what’s left of the roast veg curry we had last night. I’d taken advantage of having the oven very hot for baking scones, and roasted red onions, sweet potatoes and aubergines for a curry with added chickpeas for protein.

I’m about to lounge on the sofa and start a C J Sanson novel called “Dissolution”.
