Puerto Rico

Got up fairly early to catch a train to Birmingham with Cindy so that I could get a train to Cambridge to see Martin. Ended up being about an hour early so we had breakfast and a brief shop before catching our trains.

Takes quite a while to get from Birmingham to Cambridge but I quite like trains. Really should have napped but read my book instead. Martin met me at the train station and we decided to just head to his house as it was rainy and grey.

Had dinner with his parents, I tried mackerel for the first time (I'm a fan) and we then played this board game, which was vaguely racist but I suppose historical accurate. (It involved making plantations and the slave trade).

Not a great photo. So maybe this year won't be so good for photography. More up and down-y like normal.
