Sprouting

Almost 6 months ago, we liberated a few leaves from a succulent in South Africa.  We were also treated to some cuttings from W's sister's pots.

W potted these up on our return to the UK, and they are doing very nicely.

We had a planned power outage this morning, so we went out for breakfast at a local farm shop.  Then we had a log delivery which had to be stacked into the log shed.  A couple of months ago we also bought some briquettes made from recycled pallet wood, and together these two deliveries should hopefully see us through this winter.

It was cold enough this evening to seriously contemplate lighting the fire!
