Dorothy's Coo

Not much of a day.  There's been showers, and windy, a bit drier tonight.

A busy day working on the museum desk.  There's been two cruise ships in Lerwick, and with the poor day, we saw many.  Been down to mam's this evening.  Went for a walk with Sammy and bro Jonny, and then Julie and family are down from Unst.  Off to work in the pub later.

A Highland Coo is my favourite coo, and whenever I see one, I have to stop.  Ever since I was a peerie boy, I've loved them.  I'm not sure what this lady's name is, but she is looked after by mam's up the road neighbour, Dorothy Halcrow.  Hope she gets more, or better still, baby coos.  Taken at Aithsetter, with Valligarth in the background, Cunningsburgh.
