Pikes Peak intentions

We had intentions of driving up to Pikes Peak. When we got to the gate, saw that the road was 20 miles at 15mph, then we would have returned on the same road and it would cost $30, we opted out and arrived in Denver 3 hours before we would have.

I am grateful to be out the car!
