Purgatory

This is just outside Purgatory, Colorado.

We are taking a long way to Denver to see our son. We thought it would be fun to see the mountain area of Colorado.
 
Aaron is playing at a big block party this weekend. We thought it would be fun to see him perform. 

The drive from Silverton to Ouray, (where we are spending the night ) was a white knuckle trip for me. Tony is a very safe driver, but I am a nervous mountain roads passenger. It was good to get to the room, and have a good dinner.

When we were coming. back to the motel, there was a young buck crossing Main Street on its way to the river. It was too dark to get a picture, but will be a great memory of this trip.

Tony is sound asleep and I am going to join him soon!

I am grateful for a safe trip. We saw quite the variety of beautiful scenery today. 

The wifi at the motel last night was very weak....thus getting this uploaded was postponed.
