Space....

The sun was shining..... the tide was right..... so we went to West Kirby and did one of our favourite walks to Hilbre Island. I love the feeling of S P A C E you get get walking up to the Island. (Like the SPACE Cleverley was given by Hammers :-( ) We took a flask of hot spiced apple juice and sat, looking out for seals. I went armed with my camera, both lenses, the lot and as soon as we got to the beach I saw so many nice shots - only to realise that I had no memory card - grrrr! So I had to make do with my phone.

Back home we had a nice surprise in the post - thank you buckleyhughes - which went incredibly well with our tea!

Then, a mad two hours clearing up the Christmas decorations. Pete tackled the tree, washing line and flower pots outside and I did the inside. Now it is looking bare, cold and again we have a feeling of SPACE!! (more like the SPACE Collins found to score the equaliser!! Hurray!)

Now for the second half.... am not that hopeful really, but you never know. COYI !!
