In admiration....

An earlyish start this morning, to get to Marble Arch for 9.30, to collect Sophia who had gone to work with Matthew so that we could have time with her before her new term begins tomorrow.  

We headed for Hyde Park and discovered the Italian Garden which I hadn't seen before. Described as "A Royal Romance and a reflection of Renaissance Italy created under instruction from Prince Albert as a romantic gesture for his beloved Queen Victoria." Some gift! It is beautiful, and S and I watched this artist at work in today's lovely sunshine. My extra is her view of the fountain and reflections in the lake.  

O and Milo were happy to see us when we arrived later in the afternoon, and Milo actually walked with us through the allotments when we took him out. He is learning!
