Sowing

This field was full of a crop just two weeks ago and featured in my straw bales shot a couple of days ago. They haven’t wasted much time getting the next crop in!

A shopping/washing/cooking/grass cutting day today! Not much exciting to report.

Whilst having a cup of tea this afternoon there was a loud thump against the patio door..and when I went outside a large pigeon was sitting on the grass looking stunned...and I almost got to pick it up, but it flew up to the fence. I grabbed a camera and got within about a metre of it to take a shot - (see extra). It stayed there for about 30 minutes and then flew off, presumably feeling a bit better
