Took the bus to.......

..........Dawlish and was disappointed! Sorry to anyone who loves it there, but I found it rather run down and tired, and full of pigeons. There was a pretty stream running through the town centre, with ducks and a couple of black swans, facing an amusement arcade and the proverbial fish and chips and fast food cafés. I had a short stroll and sat for a while along a nondescript beach alongside the railway, bought a couple of scones and some clotted cream, and returned to the tranquility of the Airbnb garden ..much more my kind of place......took very few photos, a couple from the beach in extras. :)
