Stay Away From My Chipmunks!

Dear Diary,

The Red Tail Hawk is back on his perch on the roof of the potting shade.  What a magnificent bird.  I was able to get a bit better photograph of him this time and that eye is clearly trained on the seed bowls!  I made a few photographs of him and then shooed him away with a stern warning, "Claws off the Chipmunks!"  I was intrigued to discover the tuft of green lichen growing on the roof edge.  The things you see through a camera's lens!

I should have been dead heading in the garden yesterday but instead I was making a tiny sleeping mouse! (extra)  I think I may need a needle felting addict intervention!  I just can't pull myself away from making these wee creatures!
