Backblip
Todays game drive spent a long time looking for cheetah without success. However it did give plenty of other sightings including the camouflaged giraffe and fighting sable antelope in extras. The afternoon was a pleasant boat ride making a nice change from bumping around in a truck eating dust, it gave a chance to concentrate on the birds (whilst avoiding the hippos and crocs). The main blip given to the impressive southern carmine bee-eater, with added fish eagle and scarlet breasted sunbird in extras. Also seen were kingfishers and diving african darters.
This (and the previous 2 days) are the last of my holiday backblips leaving the big task of sorting photos for a holiday photobook now.
Thanks for all of your kind words for the other safari entries, I think you can see this was an amazing time for us and a wildlife photographers dream world.
