Happy Friday!

I've walked rather a lot today - 8 miles in total!  I met Chrissy on the undercliff walk and we walked to the marina where we met Alison for lunch at Prezzo, and then we walked back.  Alan picked me up from the Lido so I didn't have to walk the final bit up the hill.

Alan then said that he fancied going to the White Cliffs Cafe once he'd finished work, so we walked there had a beer and a couple of glasses of rose and then walked home.  A quick dip in the hot tub, a pizza and now it's time to bed as I'm up very early in the morning!
