New Years (Boxing) Day.

We didn't do much on New Years Day, but the day after my folks cooked up something of a storm in the kitchen. My dad had the N word (the Norovirus one...) over Christmas, so we didn't have a big blow out meal then. They certainly made up for it tonight! Roquefort glazed fillet steaks, asparagus, roast potatoes, sauteed/creamed spinach and some exceedingly fine butter basted mushrooms. Ooft. Food of the GODS!
