Normal life has resumed

Looking back on past years this seems to be a time when I have difficulty sleeping.  It was the same last night.  Despite being very tired I could not sleep.  Maybe it was too hot, 23 deg?  But R3, a shower, milk, did not help until I finally dropped off about 4.

So this morning was slow.  A bit of domestics, a bit of gardening and then off to Sainsbury's to buy food for me and mum before down to the College for Corp Dev.  Luckily I arranged to stay awake despite the hot room.  A conversation after about the unresolved future and then a long drive home (via the Manor) in rush hour traffic, so many traffic lights. 

Now home, fed and watered and contemplating an early night.  Evening sky looking east.
