Santa Cruz, Main Beach

An SOB friend offered us a couple nights in his Santa Cruz, CA rental unit for the cost of cleaning. Better still, he also set up a volleyball play date on the Main Beach volleyball courts, which were within walking distance of our new home for the night. Super fun playing on these well maintained courts and even more fun afterwards hanging with the competitors at the local taco Tuesday restaurant. Nothing better than a local connection to cut through the tourist clutter.
