Lodi Reflection

A five hour drive brought us from Manhattan Beach to the central California town of Lodi, where our next door neighbors in Mexico live most of the year. Their beautiful home abuts a nature preserve, which meant an afternoon walk to work out the kinks of the drive was in order. The Mokelumne River borders the far edge of the natural area and provided this exquisite reflection of a large Valley Oak (at least that is what it was called on the interpretive signs dotting the trail).
