A gloriously warm, sunny Bank Holiday Monday.
While MrM spent a large part of the day playing with a band at the Glendale Show, I concentrated on proofreading Lu's MA thesis. Still haven't quite finished it, just need to finish checking the references - they're required to use a double-referencing system from hell!

A lovely evening at John C's - a BBQ on his patio as we watched the sun go down behind Humbleton Hill. John, who has a wonderful garden, handed me some secateurs and told me to pick some flowers - came home with a large bunch of dahlias and scented sweet peas!
