Morning visitor

This morning the temperature only got to 79ºF/26ºC (higher in the afternoon), so I spent all morning outside in the backyard weeding all my gardens back there.  First time in at least a couple of months and so desperately needed.  My frontyard gardens will have to wait until another day.

While I was out there, I was surprised by this unexpected visitor.  Have no idea where she came from as none of my close neighbours have chickens.

At noon, I headed inside and had a shower and cleaned up so I would be ready to be at my hair appointment at 2pm.  It was time for a haircut and highlights 

Needed another shower when I got home to get rid of all those annoying hair clippings.
