The Alchemist

For today and tomorrow it is Christmas again. Our annual two night stay in a hotel with my brother and sister-in-law. We met them for lunch just outside Chester then went and found our hotel in the centre. 

After a cuppa we went for a walk around part of the walls, the amphitheatre and the gardens. We then had an extra treat by experiencing the theatrical cocktails at The Alchemist. This was my drink, the dead red zombie!

After a meal in the hotel were had our usual game of cards. 

It is seven years today that I started blip. It has become harder to keep up in the last couple of years and I have missed a handful of blips. I also keep getting behind with commenting. Thank you to those blip friends who stick with me regardless. You have helped to keep me going,  not just in blip but in life as well!
