Concentration face

Jaques the Peacock - a lamaze toy - is incredibly popular at ChezRobz. He's colourful, has different textures, fun noisy parts and according to Noah is very tasty indeed. It's crazy how swiping for objects has turned into a firm grasp, releasing, searching and pulling towards him with intent (eeeeeeeverything goes into his mouth).

It's been a quiet day here, some much needed family time was spent and I spent ages just watching Noah play. He spends some time looking, then grasping, then he kind of goes out and "attacks" whatever he is holding with quick movements. He then concentrates so hard to get the right bit into his mouth (usually a nice sticky out bit, it was one of the feathers today) that he overdoes it and smashes the toy into his face :) It's amazing to see how exhausted he gets so quickly when he's "playing". All this brainwork must be heavy going. So interesting.
