A "first" again - high chair

Sob! He's a big boy.

Once again the fear of cabin fever set in so we grabbed Nanny and dragged her down to Mamas and Papas. We've been looking into Bumbo's lately but I fancied the more sturdy look of a M&P "Snug" but was reluctant to buy one without trying it. We found one there and plonked him in it and he LOVED it! He looked so cute :) It was a raspberry colour which suited him but we've decided to order the teal.

We then went over to IKEA for a spot of lunch (mmmm meatballs!). Mam and I took the lift (her bad knee!) while Oli walked on ahead and got us a seat. As I approached him holding the baba I clocked the IKEA highchairs - surely he was too small for one yes? Hmmm. I went to get one and it was stinking dirty so abandoned that! Went to get out food and saw a lady cleaning a highchair! Bonus! Plonked him in it and shockingly he fit :/ Obviously he can't sit up unaided long so I didnt want him in there for long at all but it's made us realise that he really isn't far off highchair age. As we went to pick one up we found the inflatable padding for the inside! Excellent.

Tonight he had a whale of a time testing it out. Can't wait for him to start weaning, he's going to love it
