Side of the Road

Very pleasant day today.
Out and about this morning
and then the last of the christmas /new year celebrations
with relations for late lunch this afternoon.

This was taken after a walk involving a number of photographs and the light had gone.
When I returned to the car the sun threw up an unexpected last gasp red glow that reflected in the puddles and the car.
It was so dark I wasn't sure it would come out but the nikon really is very good with its high iso control in low light.
