Brilliant day (Day 1572)

It was a lovely, windless morning, and I headed out on the bicycle for a ride. I was very pleased with knocking two minutes off my personal best on my 20 mile route.
Back home for a shower, then lunch and a wander with my beautiful wife and the woofers at Lyde in the sunshine.
Once the dogs were settled back at home, HV and I headed across to Stromness for a ride out on the horses. It was a fabulous ride, up onto the moorland behind Stromness where we cantered around over the rough ground - something I have been very wary of doing in the past.
Back at the field George had a good old roll to celebrate his return to the field. As we were about to leave a stunningly well restored Opel Manta parked up in the car park.
