Wedding decor

What a day! We spent several hours decorating the venue for Krista and Dan's wedding. I can't wait to see it with the flowers and all the final touches. Then the wedding rehearsal took place. Such a beautiful setting, in the forest surrounded by huge trees, benches made from slabs of tree trunks, a raised area for the wedding party. We then went home to shower and get ready for the post-rehearsal dinner at Dan's parents' home, and what a feast it was! I said that they should have been the caterers for the wedding. Dan's uncle has a karaoke, so that was set up. Dan and I started the singing with Mamma Mia - thought it would be easier to sing that one but I didn't know enough of the words! I sang a few other songs but none by myself, with G, one of Dan's relatives, a group of us - and we were terrible. Sure was fun though! Lots of excitement for the Big Day tomorrow. The bridal party is staying overnight at Renata's and will have their makeup and hair done at the house. The grooms are staying at Krista and Dan's apartment in the barn. I doubt they'll get much sleep!
