If only it were really like this

Lay in then after lunch the kids were here. ...they wore us out especially grandma who had to do all the fetching and carrying.  Lovely to have them both of course.

Shoulder Day 11 - 

Still got pain but no serious painkillers today. The Haemophilia Registrar suggested I gave up the Tramadol in favour of the Oramorph. I'm not sure about that as nothing really touches it. Am instructed also to take paracetamol every 6 hours whether I need it or not . Again I'm not especially happy about that but am obeying instructions from the Centre. So I've got to put up or shut up.
