Dragon Boat Racing

The hospital is next to the Beetzer See and today until this evening there are boat races , music and fun .I and some others walked and found places to sit looking across at the set up .Many  teams , all with different coloured tops were involved  Races took place team against team  .A drummer sat at the bow beating a rhythm whilst at the stern stood a team member steering Those paddling also chanted in time and they were fast -
Main shows the teams preparing and the extra is a boat going by .It's very hot today so ideal sitting in the forest at the edge of the water. Whilst  waiting for things to start  a huge fish kept leaping from the water .Try as I may I didn't get  a picture .
