Seven Bridges Trail

This morning I went on a 3 1/2 mile hike along Cheyenne Canyon Creek. And yes, it involves crossing seven bridges.

It was soul soothing to walk in a cool forest, listening to the babbling water, and catching gorgeous views along the way.
I've heard of "forest bathing," but I think forest bathing with real water nearby is even better!
