In the mountains

Day 1 of a wonderful 24 hours in the mountains near where we live with HilarysView https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2611258857325857784

and two friends. We saw marmots, butterflies (see extra) and kestrels in between the fog coming in and out. We stayed in a little mountain hut with no electricity, eating out at a nearby refuge. The walk we did took us almost double the usual amount of time as we were all keen photographers and stopped constantly to take photos.
The temperature inversion was quite unusual for this time of year but made for some interesting photos. See extras.
