10th Day of Christmas : Counting cars

Great news today. Reuben and I will be attending, along with 4 other Make a Wish Foundation kids, the American Idol World Premiere and Q&A with the judges. How much fun is that going to be! And it's all happening next week. If we manage to get on camera, it'll be the 8th time in 12 months we've been on TV.

Reuben takes great pleasure from observing Callum, here, counting cars. Out of view lies a line of dinosaurs and living animals which Callum had designated would be the "teachers" as in, "We need more teachers", Reuben would agree, and Callum would scurry off to the playroom to find more "teachers". Reuben seemed to know exactly what the hell Callum was on about and agreed, "Right".

Here the tree is backlit and since that doesn't always show the tree off in its best light, I did a shoot before Christmas whereupon with the help of Kristina and Jenn, we moved the 6ft Christmas tree adorned with lights and ornaments and skirted by presents onto a backdrop. That's better. Now I can have the shots I want. It became somewhat of a wrestling session between the two. So pretty typical then. And here it is in all its technicolour.
