Wild and Beautiful

On yesterday's walk in the woods I brought home a few flower and seed heads for photographing without the wind. Shouldn't pick things really but there were thousands. I played around this evening with focus stacking and all the macro lenses plus extension tubes. Great fun and I was able to revise parts of my camera I haven't used for a while.

An extra is the same seed head but with extension tubes on a 30mm macro lens - the lens was all but touching the flower! Right up tight. More playing around another day - it is very time consuming.
