End of an era

We've been with our childminder A for four and a half years in various permutations, most recently one afternoon per week plus ad hoc in the holidays. But school beckons! Today was our last day.

Well, we'll probably be back at half term.

A, and her family, and Daisy Dog, have been phenomenal. We've been so so lucky to have found A. She has been such a big part of us getting through the pre-school years just how we wanted to. We are very grateful to her.

Comic day declared. It was a Thomas and Friends comic. It had a train on the front which worked with our tracks so we built quite an elaborate track which also incorporated a cut-out engine shed which was also in the comic.

There was also a new Lego superheroes programme on the Sky box, so that was a treat.
