Book Festival

This morning we went to the Edinburgh International Book Festival to see a session about Old Toffer’s Book of Consequential Dogs which has been written in response to T. S. Eliot's Old possum's book of practical cats. The writer and illustrater were there and we heard some of the poems and saw some of the pictures. Then we bought the book and had it signed. The session was aimed at age 6+ but CyclopsJnr is a huge fan of the original, and a dog lover, so we chanced it. He did pretty well in the session, and has asked to be read from the poems several times today already.
