Razorbill

Today my back was slightly more mobile and slightly less painful...I even managed to put my own socks on without help from Gorgeous. What is REALLY painful is not being able to do things...48 hours seems like forever so far. But I know that rest is needed for my body to repair itself.

Here is a razorbill, I found it's feathered head attached to 12 or so vertebrae on top of a rock. It's been waiting in the porch for it's blip day! I think today also brings my blip anniversary...6 years posting a shot each day! Sorry it's not a better photo, I'm a bit distracted by my back...Did I mention my back hurts??
