Loch Ness
We set off in the pouring rain from Glenfinnan, and as we headed north along the Great Glen the rain gradually eased, until we got to this point beyond Urquhart Castle. We stopped to have a stretch and see if we could spot "Nessie", and looked back at the storm still moving north up the loch. Very impressive! Fortunately, the rain held off as we moved north to Dornoch. It was even dry enough for a short hike after dinner (see extras). Last leg to the Orkneys tomorrow!
