Last full day in Prades
Walked into the centre of town for some bread and there he was, sitting by the square, the spitting image of Pablo Casals, the cellist who lived in exile in Prades after the Spanish Civil War and started the Prades Music Festival in 1950 - http://prades-festival-casals.com/presentation/?lang=en
Then I thought I would drive up to the Col de Jau, which stands above Prades at 1,506m. As I drove up I watched the temperature drop from 24 degrees to 10 degrees!
Lovely views back down the valley to the coast and these cows taking advantage of the leaves by the side of the road.
Until next time.
