Life begins at 40!

Oh well, first day back at the coalface wasn't as arduous as I had thought it was going to be. The hardest part was showing up, once I was there everything else just slipped back into place. Was glad to get back on Miranda though, seems like an age when I was last out and about pedalling.

I was prompted by a letter from the "Healthier Scotland" to think more about my health and happiness now that I have turned 40 and they invited me to go to the interweb and complete an online Health Assessment. It really did nothing to improve my happiness as it seems that I am overweight. Just the kind of thing you need to hear after the indulgences of the festive period...... Oh well just have to work a bit harder at the gym and eat a bit less!
