Bigton Sunday Teas

Showers this morning, but they soon cleared, with some sunny spells throughout the day.  Fairly windy, calming this evening. 

Up early, and with the poor morning, a got on with the house chores.  Met up with friend Julie in the afternoon, headed down to mam's, and then on to Jonny's.  Onwards to Lerwick, and caught the last hour of Boat Week, with Kenny's cooking demo.  A Chinese takeaway for tea.  Met up with Julie again this evening, and headed out walkies with the dogs.  Feet up by the fire now. 

The Christie crew and extra all headed to the Sunday Teas this afternoon.  As usual, a fantastic spread of savory, sandwiches, cakes and more.  The Sunday Teas are also a great place to catch up with folk, and usually people travel all over Shetland to attend different teas.  Here's big bro Jonny, with Isaiah, Lena and Alex.  Taken at the Bigton hall.
