Comings & Goings

An earlyish start, down to town for a few things.....we did quickly grab a coffee whilst we were out too, but were back home before 11 as middle son, DiL, Olivia & Isabella were coming to visit, as was youngest and his wife, albeit there visit was more fleeting.

Its always nice when we all get together, minus daughter & Emily who have flown off to Gran Canaria today. The island in the kitchen was full of food and people :-)

After youngest and DiL departed, the little ones wanted to play, so down came the same old toys that they play with when visiting, but they always enjoy them! Then it was film time, Grandad downloaded two as the girls wante to watch different ones, first was Monsters Inc followed by Bolt.....which I have to say was quite cute ;-)

It had to be a collage today, all taken whilst watching Bolt.......Isabella eating her apple, Olivia with Grandy, son & a somewhat worried looking DiL.....I think Bolt was being chased at this point ;-) The girls were really good, played nicely, hardly any squabbles, ate their dinner and remembered all their pleases and thank you's :-)

They left late afternoon, just as our Decorator arrived to look at a job we want doing, who had his two little ones with him, one looking like spiderman and the other a princess, post a birthday party! So on went Bolt again and out came the sweeties, again, whilst daddy looked at what was required.

A more peaceful evening to follow.......I think.
