A view looking through a dirty window towards sunshine. Our journey south for a family celebration varied with driving rain, gales, thick fog, thundery showers and bright sunshine and temperatures of 13C in the Borders to 24C while we were stuck for an hour and a half on the M1. However the unseasonable weather did not dampen our spirits once we met up with some of the family and enjoyed a very good evening.
