Scottish Cabinet comes to Stirling

Well, we had been warned there would be no “ walk-ups” and all 250 tickets for the event had gone.
 
Nevertheless, we went along hoping the heavy showers might deter a few .
 
But, as one of the police on duty said:” If you are into politics then you are not going to allow rain to stop you.”
 
And the security was tight . All had been vetted.
So they were not allowing any latecomers in, even with photographic ID.
 
Already there have been complaints in the local paper about the venue, the Engine Shed, and questions are being asked: why didn’t they choose a bigger place?
 
 
Still, some friends of mine were quicker off the mark that us and had tickets.
 
So I am curious to know whether they managed to ask any questions.
  
PS. My friends did ask a general question on planning  and local democracy with reference to Park of Keir as an example and received a predictable anodyne answer.
